Yesterday Jeffy came in to show me around the U district. We walked down the Ave and got a cup of coffee at Bulldog, then wandered around the quad. I’ve been a little down and as I followed him into a massive beautiful library on campus the Suzzalo, we were walking up the marble steps and I caught a whiff of something that made me smile. Some of my uneasiness from the last couple of weeks ebbed and I let out a deep sigh.
Jeffy: “What? What’s the matter?”
Me: “I smell books.”
