In the healthy groove
I’ve been walking five miles a day for the last two weeks, and I’ve discovered – I have this muscle in the front of my thigh that I didn’t know I had before. Huh. That’s so cool.
I’ve also been cutting gluten, dairy, sugar, corn, and tomatoes out of my diet. I’ve also been tackling the whole “too much coffee” problem but I find that I’m just compensating with an overabundance of earl grey tea. So that might be good – or not – we’ll see.
So far the only noticeable difference in my body is a caffeine withdrawal headache and a new shape in my calves. This is all for the better. I know it will help me get stronger and healthier and I’m super excited to see what will happen by summer.
My interview went fine. It was with a general staffing agency. I’ll keep you posted with any developments.
