It’s gonna get busy in here

I take my clothes off for a movie tomorrow.  I’m nervous and excited. Today I’m doing a whole day of pampering and self indulgence in an attempt to relax.  Body scrub, long bath, baking chocolate wheat-free cupcakes in skimpy clothing and watching my favorite re-runs of Xena.

Yes, I know, I relax weird… I’ve made peace with that.

Tomorrow’s going to be a busy day – work, internship, writing, baby brother coming to visit, then spending the night on set where I’ll be simulating sex with a man I’ve never met in a white-trash outfit and skanky hoop earrings.  Not the man, me – I’m the white-trash Harpy with the heart of gold named, Dany.

Good Times.

On a different note: Four weeks until my book is released.

For those of you who don’t know, I went to Seattle last summer to research the folklore and hauntings of the Seattle Metro area. It’s a collection of stories, word of mouth and legendary that I dug up in my adventures.  My publisher is Schiffer Publishing Ltd., and I’m now entering the marketing phase so I will be plugging the book every chance I get.

Plug. Plug. Plug.  Yay. It’s about damn time.

Anywhoo, I hope you all are having a fabulous July and I’ll post as often as I can.
